HOW DO THE 8 WEEK CHALLENGES WORK?

The 8 week challenges have been formulated by Tom himself and cater for all levels.  Once you sign up and log into the TBCommunity App you will then have access to your training programs, set daily calories/macros and your recommended daily meal plans.  You will also be able to track your progress on the in App checkin feature and you will have full access to all the benefits of being part of TBCommunity.
