DO I HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES?

Your calories and macros are calculated by me at the start of your program and you will be given a wide range of tasty, healthy meals that fit your calories goal so if you don’t want to count calories you don’t have to!  

You also have access to the NutritionIX software on the App to enable you to add all kinds of foods and restaurant meals to your daily food log, giving you flexibility to eat how you want.  So if flexible dieting is your thing, we have you covered (check out my ‘Guide to Flexible Dieting’ video in the educational section of the App).
