CAN I STILL TAKE PART IN OTHER FITNESS ACTIVITIES?

There is no need to do any extra training that is programmed and if you are signed up to the Premium Service (silver/platinum/comp prep) any additional fitness based activities you wish to partake it can be easily factored into your programming.

If you are on an 8week Challenge, your calories are set based on your current stats and the amount of training that is prescribed in your program, so doing more might negatively affect your energy levels and recovery basis.  You can always message one of the team for advice or ask Tom a question in one of the weekly Facebook LIVE’s.
